The +10db Rule
You are under-mixing your audio. In your recent videos, the voiceover fights the SFX.
Action: In the first 3 seconds, the Sound Effect (Crunch, Sizzle, Chop) must be louder than the Voiceover. Lower the music to 10%, boost the SFX to 90%.
